There are no formal dining rules at La Vue. Every day we offer a very personal service in the Bistro. As the hotel is so intimate it is more a case of ‘what would you like’ rather than ‘here is our set menu’. We ask clients to let us know by 11 am each morning whether they will be dining in the hotel that evening. Depending on the weather we can offer dining inside or on one of the terraces. Clients can book a table in The Cognac lounge if is available for a more formal experience. In peak season the hotel lays on outside buffets or barbecues.

The bistro has a basic menu but service is based on client choice. We try and present a home from home experience so please treat the kitchen as your own!
